With over 25 years of broad experience in software engineering and technical leadership, he is an expert in bridging theoretical linguistics with practical, enterprise-scale artificial intelligence.

Dr. Robinson brings deep expertise in government and mission-critical infrastructure. During his tenure as a Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer at MITRE, he developed predictive models and delivered text analytics solutions, presenting his research to high-ranking officials at numerous federal agencies. Furthermore, he spent a decade driving innovation at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), earning the company's "Sr. Inventor" designation and securing several patents for his work in predictive data analysis.

In addition to his advisory role at Altech, Dr. Robinson is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Xen.AI, where he leads the engineering strategy and full-stack development of AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and financial industries. He holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Semantics and Artificial Intelligence from Georgetown University.
